Can you work with my company if we're not based in the US?
Yes. I've operated across six countries and I work with founders and organizations globally. Most of my engagements are remote with regular calls and async support.
I'm a founder, not a company. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely. Most of my clients are founders or small leadership teams navigating a growth inflection point. You don't need a big team to need strategic support.
What does a retainer actually look like day to day?
I'm in your business. That might mean working through your capital strategy together, pressure-testing your positioning before a launch, or getting on a call when a big decision lands and you need someone who understands the full picture. It's different every week because the work is different every week.
Do you take equity?
I work on retainer or project-based engagements. I've found that keeping the structure clean means my advice stays fully aligned with what's best for your business.
