Kat Gabrielle is the Founder of The Well Work* and 2050Work*. She has worked in human resources and recruitment at NYC’s leading creative agencies and consults for organizations in the mental health and wellness, education, advertisement, and non-profit sectors.

She also writes frequently on the topics of intersectionality, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Her personal and professional mission is to empower BIPOC professionals and leaders through her work as an organizational change consultant and socially impactful entrepreneur.
